Anterior Oblique Subsystem Integration

-List the structures that comprise the Anterior Oblique Subsystem (AOS).
-Describe the concentric, isometric and eccentric functions of the AOS. -Identify AOS over-activity using the Overhead Squat Assessment.
-Explain the findings of at least 4 research studies that have lead to the description of an AOS and how it may influence intervention.
-Design a corrective routine including a core and integrated exercise with the intent of targeting the AOS.
