– Deduce at least two reasonable conclusions about strength/stability progressions for the shoulders from the research reviewed in the course.
– Develop a progression/regression of at least 3 scaption variations.
– Develop a progression/regression of at least 3 PNF carry away variations.
– Develop a progression/regression of at least 3 overhead/pressing variations.
