Deadlift Progressions

– Recall the prime movers, stabilizers, neutralizers and fixators for Deadlift patterns.
– Deduce at least two reasonable conclusions about unstable load/surface training as it relates to deadlift exercises from the research reviewed in the course.
– Develop a progression/regression of at least 3 deadlift exercise variations.
