-List the structures that comprise the Deep Longitudinal Subsystem (DLS).
-Describe the concentric, isometric and eccentric functions of the DLS. -Identify DLS over-activity using the Overhead Squat Assessment.
-Explain the findings of at least 4 research studies that have lead to the description of a DLS and how it may influence intervention.
-Design a corrective routine intended to address commonly observed DLS dysfunction.
