The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Delivering Suspension Training Sessions (RQF) is aimed at those learners who are qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers who are looking to be able to competently plan and instruct Suspension Training.

  • A learner must have previously completed a Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification.
