The Focus Awards Level 3 Award in Developing Pre and Post-Natal Exercise Sessions (RQF) is aimed at those learners who are already qualified at Level 3 Personal Trainer and who wish to attain a recognised qualification as a specialist pre and post-natal instructor. The qualification will provide learners with the knowledge and understanding to develop pre and post-natal exercise sessions for individual clients.

- Learners must hold a recognised Level 3 Personal Trainer/Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent.
- 10 CPD Points
- Professional Standards: Working with Antenatal and Postnatal Clients
- Training Provider Partner (TP)
