The Focus Awards Level 3 Award in the Foundations of Yoga (RQF) is
aimed at those learners who are experienced in Yoga and are keen to
gain a better understanding of the principles that underpin Yoga.
The Focus Awards Level 3 Award in the Foundations of Yoga (RQF) will
provide learners with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to
develop their personal practice and continue their journey in yoga

Pre-requisites
- Learners must have the necessary underpinning knowledge at Level 2. Therefore, learners must have already achieved a Level 2 Planning and Delivering Gym Based Exercise, Group Exercise Instructor, Level 2 Fitness Instructor or equivalent. Focus Awards does not set any other entry requirements, but additional criteria may be requested or specified by the centre.
