• Learner should understand what Grid HiiT training is and the elements involved. • To experience class from a member perspective • Learner can talk about what their expectations are from the course • Learner understands where GRID HiiT has evolved from • Learner understands why the concept has been created • Learner understand the format and how it is relevant to our members • Learner understands AMRAP/EMOM • Learners understand different learning styles and the impact they have on the member • Learner can list what makes a great coach • Learner can discussion how to be a better coach using the 4 fundamentals of effective coaching, teaching, seeing, correcting & groups management. • Learner knows difference between dynamic and static faults and why it is important to correct dynamic faults first. • Learner understands music BPM for class • Learner understand the 7 primal movements and can explain the various movements and give examples of each. • Learners are able to see an example of each movement and demonstrate them competently • Learner shows a clear understanding of group management and each section of how to structure a class • Learner can confidently plan a class using a timeline • Learners can confidently deliver a GRID HiiT session • Learners experience GRID HiiT as a members would. • Learners understand and can apply what works and what did not work. • Learner understands the learning from the course and can demonstrate all the concepts and formats. • Learners understand that they will be trialled on a case by case basis teaching Grid HiiT • Learner feels confident and readiness to deliver the GRID HiiT to VA clubs.
