-Recall the joint actions performed by the hip, knee and ankle joint.
-Recall the muscles that contribute to the joint actions of the hip, knee, and ankle joint.
-Analyze a commonly performed lower body exercise and list the contributing lower body muscles.
-Develop a “real world example” of how exercise/intervention selection may be influenced by an understanding of the function and actions of the lower body muscles.
