HFE has developed this course using decades of expert experience and knowledge to provide the ultimate education in exercise instructing. You’ll learn the essentials of anatomy, physiology, health and safety, working with clients to improve their overall fitness, and lessons on planning and delivering freestyle exercise to music. This is a complete fitness instructing course so does not have any formal entry requirements. Upon successful completion of this course, you will achieve a Level 2 Exercise to Music Certificate awarded by YMCA Awards (10 CIMSPA points).
