Integrated Exercise Progressions

– Recall the subsystems targeted by each of the integrated exercise progressions.
– Deduce at least two reasonable conclusions about unstable load/surface training as it relates to integrated exercise from the research reviewed in the course.
– Develop a progression/regression of at least 3 leg exercises with back/pulling exercise variations.
– Develop a progression/regression of at least 3 leg with shoulder/overhead pressing exercise variations.
