This CPD will give swimming teachers the understanding needed to teach diving entries within a Learn to Swim environment and covers all the progressive steps from teaching a streamlined push and glide, to a racing dive from a diving block. You will learn about; the phases of each dive, the techniques involved with teaching diving at a basic level, how diving relates to the Learn to Swim and Aquatic Skills stages and the safety considerations when teaching diving entries.
This CPD is aimed at SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teachers looking to develop their knowledge of how to teach diving.
This CPD is delivered as a 2 hour seminar.
