What can we do to minimise and mitigate the risk.
Focus Point 2: Exercise Technique
We go through every exercise in the book you can possibly do with this two piece of equipment.
Our philosophy is the Trainer should be able to do the exercise correctly themselves first, before teaching their client. For that reason we go into detail on how to correctly perform the exercises yourself.
In saying that, just because you know how to do the exercise yourself, doesn’t mean you know how to teach it. So we also go into detail on how to teach others how to correctly perform the exercises.
Focus Point 3: Workouts, Drills and Games
It’s all well and good to know all the different exercises BUT as a Trainer, we want to be able to program these exercises together in a fun, safe and effective way.
For this reason, we provide a wide range of workouts, drills and games you can do with this piece of equipment in both one one and group / bootcamp settings.
