– Recall the prime movers, stabilizers, neutralizers and fixators for legs/triple extension patterns.
– Deduce at least two reasonable conclusions about unstable load/surface training as it relates to legs/triple extension exercises from the research reviewed in the course.
– Develop a progression/regression of at least 3 leg exercise variations.
– Develop a progression/regression of at least 3 triple extension exercise variations.
