In our health-focused degree, students will cultivate a robust understanding of nutrition and exercise science, acquiring practical skills for real-world applications. By offering hands-on opportunities aligned with industry expectations, we ensure students gain valuable experience, making them confident graduates ready to excel as effective health practitioners. The specialisation in exercise, nutrition, and health opens doors to diverse and rewarding career options, particularly as roles in physical activity and nutrition gain prominence in health promotion. With support from over 25 health organisations, including Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust and Nottingham City Council, our course integrates industry experience seamlessly. As members of the NTU Health Promotion Forum, students will collaborate with the NTU Health Promotion Specialist on tangible projects, contributing to the improvement of the health of both NTU students and staff. This comprehensive approach equips students with the skills, knowledge, and industry connections needed to foster lifelong health and success in their chosen field.
