In this CPD, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to plan and execute a comprehensive observation program for your swimming teaching team. Additionally, the CPD will emphasise the significant role of mentoring in supporting the development, motivation, and engagement of your swimming teachers. You will learn about: how to identify various methods and tools to support swimming teachers effectively; the essential skills, knowledge and attribiutes required for successful mentoring; how to plan, structure and conduct effective observations; how to provide constructive feedback to enhance the growth of swimming teachers; and how to create a personal development plan for individual teachrs.
THis CPD is aimed at swim school coordinators, swimming lesson programme leads or equivalent.
This CPD is delivered as a 3 hour seminar.
