-Compare the intent of the Overhead Squat Assessment (OHSA) to other commonly used movement assessments.
-Identify the 8 signs of movement impairment using the OHSA, based on patient scenarios.
-Analyze each sign to determine the implicated under-active and over-active muscles.
-Select at least 2 interventions that may aid in improving the quality of motion, for each of the 8 signs.
