-List the structures that comprise the Posterior Oblique Subsystem (POS).
-Describe the concentric, isometric and eccentric functions of the POS.
-Identify POS under-activity using the Overhead Squat Assessment.
-Explain the findings of at least 4 research studies that have lead to the description of a POS and how it may influence intervention.
-Design a corrective routine including a core and integrated exercise with the intent of targeting the POS.
