Purestretch aims to enhance the Instructor’s performance in teaching adn instructing stretch. they will have a more in depth awareness of stretch and the muscles that contribute to the stretch poses. Purestretch will develop the Instructors knowledge through a variety of online content including videos, demonstrations, discussions and a 5 hour Face – face workshop. The Instructor will learn how to accommodate individuals with limitations and this course will improve their teaching skills
