AIM:
The aim of this CCEM is for instructors to revisit why there’s an upper body track in Rhythm and the science behind it, revisit the library of moves available and learn how to put together and coach a memorable upper body phases.
OBJECTIVES:
1. explain the principles and benefits of muscular endurance training.
2. state why we have the upper body phase in the Rhythm class journey.
3. create different styles of upper body routine to keep classes varied.
4. navigate the Rhythm upper body exercise library for exercise and phase ideas.
