Sleep Well & Train Better Course. This course is designed to equip health and wellness professionals with the practical advice and tools to guide clients to improve sleep quality so they can live, feel and train better. The course aims to educate users on sleep and what controls how well we sleep. Then we will look at what impacts sleep, who suffers and how this impacts upon their business. We also look at how to help clients fall asleep quicker and wake less and how to manage stress and sleep. In the final section we cover how to assess for sleep probelms.
