Pre-requisites
- This SPIRIT Dance Meditation course is only available to currently certified SPIRIT instructors, meaning they have passed the foundation cource practical assessment and have experience of delivering SPIRIT classes successfully at David Lloyd Clubs. Pre-requisites to do the SPIRIT foundation training course include holding a relevant CIMSPA endorsed qualification and passing an audition to demonstrate aptitude to deliver this type of class to the required standard.
