– Recall at least 3 definitions of terminology relevant to stability training (example, “base of support”, “equilibrium”, “stability”, etc.).
– Describe how research regarding balance training in a rehabilitation setting will refine their implementation of balance exercises in practice.
– Describe how balance training may be used to increase performance in novice and experienced exercises.
– Propose stability progressions based on all available research, for at least 4 of the major movement patterns commonly recommended in strength and performance programming (press, row, squat, lunge, plank, bridge, etc.).
