The aim of this qualification is to develop the learner’s ability to fulfil the role of a gym instructor. They will develop ethical and effective approaches to gym instruction which will enable them to GAIN and RETAIN employment. The intent is to enable future gym instructors to maximise their client’s experience, influence sustainable positive health behaviors.
