Understanding Resilience

Resilience is the ability to bounce-back, to get back up when you`ve been knocked down, to cope with, overcome, and learn from life`s challenges. Most employers will expect individuals to have a good understanding of resilience in order to offer a job or once employed.
This programme contains four eLearning modules to provide an understanding of the following elements of resilience:
• Being Determined
• Self-awareness
• Communicating Effectively
• Being Organised
