This CPD is designed to help Swimming Teachers understand how best to use swim assistants/swim lesson helpers to support them in delivering a better quality lesson. You will learn about: the responsibilities associated with being a teacher; the role of the swimming assistant/swim lesson helper; the advantages of using a swimming assistant/swim lesson helper; developing skills and strategies when using a swimming assistant/swim lesson helper; and understanding your responsibility for mentoring your swimming assistants/swim lesson helper.
This CPD is aimed at SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teachers who want to learn more about working with a swimming assistant.
This CPD is delivered as a 3 hour seminar.
