YMCA Level 2 Award in Instructing Suspended Movement Training (603/7187/0) The purpose of this qualification is to upskill existing exercise and fitness instructors so that they can plan, prepare and instruct imaginative, progressive and effective suspended movement training sessions.

Pre-requisites

  • Learners must be aged 16 plus with an existing gym-based fitness qualification (e.g. YMCA Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing).
